Miss Jackson’s life story is in the works!
A Janet Jackson documentary highlighting her life and career is set to be released in 2022. The docu will also celebrate the 40th anniversary of her debut album.

The “Anytime, Anyplace,” singer will serve as an executive producer on the two-part, four-hour project.
Tentatively titled, “Janet,” the documentary will address motherhood, her legendary music, and her famous family, including the death of her father Joseph and brother Michael. She will also address the controversial 2004 Super Bowl appearance alongside Justin Timberlake.
According to reports, the production company, Producers Workerbee, has been filming for three years and Randy Jackson (no relation) will also serve as an executive producer. The film is set to premiere simultaneously on A&E and Lifetime networks.
