The Golden Globe nominees have been announced!
The late Chadwick Boseman is nominated for Best Actor in a Motion Picture-Drama for his final performance in Netflix’s “Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom.” Viola Davis who starred alongside Boseman is also nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture-Drama for her performance in the film.

The list of nominees includes Andra Day for her portrayal as Billie Holiday in the upcoming film “The United States vs. Billie Holiday”, Don Cheadle for “Black Monday”, John Boyega for “Small Axe”, Leslie Odom, Jr. for “One Night In Miami”, and Daniel Kaluuya for “Judas & The Messiah”.

Disney’s “Soul” also snagged a nod for Best Motion Picture-Animated.
Regina King’s reign continues, following her directorial debut for the film “One Night In Miami.” King made history for her nomination for Director of the Year.
For the first time in the Golden Globes’ history, more than one woman, Chloé Zhao, Emerald Fennell, and King, have been nominated for Director of the Year.
“Speak Now” from “One Night in Miami” also received a nod for Best Orginal Song – Motion Picture.
