Cardi B files for divorce!
According to TMZ, the “WAP” rapper filed court documents in the state of Georgia that indicate she is seeking a dissolution of marriage. The contested divorce was filed on Tuesday (September 15).
Cardi is seeking primary physical and legal custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Kulture. According to the court documents, she will seek child support from Offset and there’s no word yet on spousal support.
The two are currently separated and she listed their differences as “irreconcilable.”
Cardi and Offset shocked fans back in 2017 when they secretly wed in a hotel bedroom.
Their marriage hit a rough patch a few years ago after rumors circulated Offset had been unfaithful. The couple laid the rumors to rest after lots of apologizing and courting by the Migos rapper.
