“I grew up in a three-parent household—my mom, my father and my grandmother. And I knew what a woman was. Not a bad b**ch.”
When asked to describe the differences between the two, Newton proceeded to explain his point-stating that women who consider themselves ‘bad b**ches’ “look but don’t act the part”.
He continued, “Now a woman, for me, is handling your own but knowing how to cater to a man’s needs. And I think a lot of times when you get that aesthetic of like, ‘I’m a boss b**ch, I’m this, I’m that.’, No, baby! But you can’t cook. You don’t know when to be quiet. You don’t know how to allow a man to lead.”
Newton then attempted to further explain his opinion on women and defend his point that his intentions were not to degrade women, but to also give a charge to men to “start being men”.

Sounds like it’s my turn to sound off about men who “can’t pass” or “win a super bowl”. https://t.co/7rvuptKhWF
