This “Empire” star could soon be serving jail time.
Actor Bryshere L. Gray pleaded guilty in his felony domestic violence case and will soon have to serve jail time.
Best known for his role as Hakeem Lyon on “Empire”, the 27-year-old rapper and actor currently faces serious charges of felony aggravated assault.

Last July, Gray was arrested after he brutally assaulted his wife for several hours in Goodyear, Arizona. After the incident, he barricaded himself in his home before eventually surrendering to police after a nine-hour standoff.
According to the plea deal, he will serve 10 days in county jail and remain on probation for three years. He will pay restitution and enroll in a domestic violence offender treatment program. Gray must submit to drug and alcohol testing and cannot possess weapons of any kind during his three-year probation.
The “Drip Drop” rapper will also need written approval before associating with anyone with a criminal record.
