After years of backlash for not showing love to the LGBTQIA community, it looks like the BET Awards have turned a new leaf.

Lil Nax X performed his hit single “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)” and sealed the show with a kiss shared with one of his male dancers in a performance that gave a nod to Michael Jackson’s iconic “Remember The Time” music video.

Queen Latifah Has A Son!

You read it right!

After an amazing tribute led by fellow rappers, MC Lyte, Lil’ Kim, and Rapsody, the Queen hit the stage to accept her Lifetime Achievement Award… and she also put some rumors to rest.

During her speech, Queen Latifah paid homage to her late mother and all of those who have helped her along the way, and for the first time ever she took a moment to acknowledge her longtime partner Eboni Nichols and their son, Rebel.
