Combine all dry ingredients and mix well

Start by placing the salmon into a large glass bowl, season with the jerk seasoning, then two tablespoons of the olive oil and mix well.
In a large cast iron skillet ( preheated) add the remaining oil, Then softly add the salmon and saute for three to four minutes on both sides and serve.
