Mama Mia's flavorful spaghetti in a rich tomato sauce paired with spicy meatballs from 'Downright Delicious with Yo-Yo'.

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Coat spaghetti with olive oil to prevent it from sticking together and set aside.
Place the stock pot coated with olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, and bell peppers, and mix well.
Next, add the jars of spaghetti sauce and a can of chopped (or diced) tomatoes. Season with black pepper, garlic powder, seasoning salt, parsley, and bay leaves, and mix wel.
Bring sauce to a low simmer and cover with a lid for 10 minutes. Remove the Bay leaves from the tomato sauce and set aside.
Note : Bring sauce back up to a simmer right before adding the spicy meatballs.
Place the ground beef in an extra-large bowl. Add the diced onions, diced bell peppers, salt, pepper, pimentos, crushed red pepper flakes, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and minced garlic. Mix well, making sure all ingredients are incorporated.
Next, add in the breadcrumbs and continue to mix, followed by the three large eggs. Once all ingredients are completely mixed, roll the seasoned ground beef into 2-inch balls, and place on a sheet tray.
Place a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and allow the skillet to get hot. Place each meatball into the pan and allow to brown on each side for 2-3 minutes. Once browned, add the meatballs to the pot of tomato sauce, place a lid on top, and allow the meat balls to cook fully in the tomato sauce for another 10 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and mix into the sauce, making sure all the spaghetti is coated with sauce. Serve and enjoy!
