The New Greens

 1 smoked turkey meat (any cut), to taste
 1 carton broth (any kind)
 1 tbsp coarse salt
 ¼ cup sugar
 ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
 3 bundles collards
 1 bundle kale

Place greens, turkey meat, and kale in a pot with water, boiling until all leaves are dark, about 60-90 minutes.

Add seasonings as desired, to taste.
