Try out a meatless Monday recipe with charred Cauliflower Steaks right from Yo-Yo's kitchen on 'Downright Delicious with Yo-Yo'.

Place a large cast-iron pan coated with two tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. While the pan is heating, season the cauliflower with salt and pepper.
Once the pan is hot, place the cauliflower in to the pan and cook for a total of 8 minutes (4 minutes on each side) until the cauliflower is browned, then remove the cauliflower from the pan and set aside.
Next, add the shallots and mushrooms to the same pan and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add coconut milk and liquid aminos and stir, add the Rosemary and thyme, and continue to stir.
Add white wine and continue to mix, then place the cauliflower back into the pan. Drizzle sauce over the cauliflower and then squeeze the juice of a lime over the entire dish and allow it to simmer.
Place another pan coated with one tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Place the chopped garlic in the pan and cook down for 1 - 2 minutes. Add the chopped kale and allow to cook for 3 - minutes. Enjoy.
