Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the white wine, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, red pepper, and salt. Add the shrimp and toss to combine. Transfer to (8 1/2" x 12" oval) baking dish. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, butter, and parsely. Toss to combine, then scatter on top of the shrimp.
Bake until the shrimp are just cooked through, about 12 minutes.
Switch the oven to the highest broiler setting. Place the baking dish under the broiler and cook until the breadcrumbs are crisp and dark golden brown, about 1 1/2 minutes.
Serve hot with warm bread.
