Chef G. Garvin’s Smoked Salmon and Avocado Toast

 3 oz Smoked Salmon
 1 Avocado
 3 Small, Red Radishes, Sliced Thin and Cut In Half
 1 Jalapeno, sliced, no seeds
 2 oz Mixed Greens
 1 Belgian Endive, Sliced
 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
 1 Slice Sourdough Toast

Start by toasting the bread.


Add the smoked salmon and all remaining ingredients selectively atop the toast.


Then add the red chili and serve!
