Gina’s Grilled Peaches

Ingredients
 4 Fresh peaches
 1 cup Granulated sugar
 ½ gal Vanilla bean gelato
 1 Can of store bought whip cream 
 1 cup Pecans pieces (or roughly chopped)

Slice peaches in half and remove pits, add sugar to plate and rub peach directly in sugar. Set aside to allow sugar to adhere to peaches.

Heat grill on high, once it reaches desired heat lay peach face down until the sugar starts to caramelize and let the grill marks form. This action should take no longer than 5 minutes depending upon your grill.

Add two scoops of the gelato to your favorite bowl, lay the peach upwards so the grill marks will show, top with whip cream (store bought or hand made) sprinkle pecans sparingly on top. Enjoy!
