1Store bought Pizza Thin Pizza Crust
25ozJar tomato basil pasta sauce
2cupsShredded Mozzarella cheese
1Red Pepper, seeded and sliced
1Green Pepper, seeded and sliced
2ozShredded Turkey (Boars Head preferred)
1cupGrated Parmesan cheese
Ranch, Balsamic Vinegar OR Pizza Sauce for dipping
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
Remove Pizza Crust and brush with olive oil, brush on Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce, add Red and Green Pepper Slices, sprinkle baby arugula, add cheese, spread shredded turkey and add more mozzarella cheese on top.
Lay on Pizza Brick (to ensure evenness in cooking) Bake for 25-30mins or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Let cool, slice and serve. Arrange dipping sauces in bowls around pizza.
