Potato Chip Crusted Chicken Tenders

 1 lb chicken breasts
 ½ tbsp paprika
 ½ tbsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp Kosher salt
 ground black pepper
 6 cups plain potato chips smashed
 2 eggs (optional) to use 1
 ½ cup milk
 1 qt oil for frying

Begin by cleaning and slicing chicken breast lengthwise into strips

Place chicken in a large mixing bowl and season with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Crack one egg into a small bowl then add ½ cup milk and mix until incorporated

Take ¼ to ½ bag of potato chips and place into food processor. Pulse into bite sizes. If no processor is available, put chips into a plastic zip bag and crush using a rolling pin or bite sized pieces are created.

Transfer chips into a baking dish large enough to fit chicken strips.

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat

Next, take chicken strips dip into the egg/milk mixture
Then transfer pieces into the baking pan with the potato chips and coat the piece until it is covered.

Add chicken to frying pan cooking until done. Monitor the heat!

Once browned and cooked through, drain on paper towel.

Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
