Yields1 Serving

 2 oz of Plymouth Gin
 1 oz of Giffard Apricot liqueur
 ½ oz of lime juice
 Grapefruit for garnish

Add all ingredients except grapefruit to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a coupe or martini glass.


Spritz with a grapefruit peel and use the spritzed peel as garnish.
