Praise the Lord! Kelly Price is alive and well.
Price shared the details of her alleged disappearance in a recent interview with TMZ. She shared the intricacies of where she was and why she chose to isolate herself after being hospitalized with COVID.
News broke last week of Price’s alleged disappearance following her discharge from a Georgia hospital. Authorities conducted a welfare check at her home and spoke with Kelly’s boyfriend who reportedly has kept friends and family from visiting her home.
Price’s disappearance sparked some social media controversy, with fans theorizing foul play. A few representatives on the singer’s side would put out statements throughout the week on her social media accounts, stating they had spoken to Price and that she was doing fine. The seemingly suspicious nature of these statements would only leave the public even more skeptical of Price’s status.

Last night, the “Friend of Mine” singer reported to TMZ just how bad her battle with COVID was, revealing that she even flatlined at one point.
“At one point, they lost me… I woke up some days later—a couple of days later. And the first thing I remember is the team of doctors standing around me and asking if I knew what year it was.”

Price also shared that she was never actually missing, just simply isolating herself from friends and family. Price is still on an ongoing recovery from COVID, still on oxygen, and had a difficult time speaking during her interview with TMZ but fans can rest assured that the Gospel singer is doing well.
