Bailey’s Irish Cream Mug Cake

 1 Milk
 1 ½ tsp instant coffee
 2 tbsp Bailey's Irish Cream
 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 1 egg, room temperature
 ½ cup all-purpose flour
 ½ tsp baking powder
 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  tsp kosher salt
 whipped cream, to serve

Combine the milk and instant coffee into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds to dissolve the coffee. Add the Irish Cream, vegetable oil, and egg. Whisk to combine.
In large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and whisk to combine.

Pour into 2 mugs. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Top with whipped cream and enjoy hot and immediately.
