Chopped and Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
 4 Skinless Chicken Breast 
 4 Slices of provolone cheese
 1 Bunch of broccoli roughly chopped1
 1 tsp Rosemary
 1 tsp Thyme
 1 tsp Paprika
 Coarse Salt
 Pepper
 Olive Oil

Preheat Oven 350 degrees

Butterfly breast, (slice in half) season with salt and pepper, add in cheese and broccoli,  fold over, press down and sprinkle the rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and paprika on top of breast. Rub evenly and flip over and repeat.

Place all four breasts in a deep pan with olive oil to sear in  the spices, then put pan in oven for 8-10mins to ensure the chicken is fully cooked. Remove and serve.
