Slow Baked Baby Back Ribs

 6 slabs baby back ribs
 2 cups homemade bbq spice blend
Spice Blend
 2 oz light brown sugar
 2 oz kosher salt
 2 oz black pepper
 2 oz smoked paprika
 2 oz garlic powder
 2 oz onion powder
 2 oz dried parsley

Start by washing the ribs and removing the silver skin. Season the ribs with the bbq spice blend on both sides and wrap in aluminum.

Bake in the oven on 375º for 3 hours, then remove carefully opening the foil to release the steam.
