About The Show

The Level Up Experiment is a new aspireTV series that showcases the brilliance of HBCU undergrads and alums. This competition style show takes HBCU students from the classroom to the board room, putting them against each other in a series of challenges with their performance judged by a panel of Black executives, entrepreneurs and HBCU alums. With eliminations always looming, the stakes are high as they battle it out for a package of prizes and a coveted internship.

Liz Smith is a radio personality, host, voice- over artist, writer and Executive Producer of the nationally syndicated, ‘Ed Lover’s Experience’ radio show. Her coverage of entertainment and lifestyle news has earned her appearances in Ebony, Bossip, 21Ninety and Yahoo News. She’s also had the privilege of working as a host and moderator for Essence, Rolling Loud, BET Her, Revolt Network, Empire Record Label and more. Liz Smith’s many years of hard work and experience, coupled with her down to earth and easy-going personality makes her a joy and breath of fresh air within the entertainment and music industry.
