
5 ½ oz gin
¾ oz Genepy des alpes (or herb liqueur)
1 oz basil simple syrup
½ oz lime juice
Garnish
Basil leaf

Simple Syrup

Take equal parts of sugar and water in a saucepan. (You’ll only need 1 ounce per drink)
Bring the sugar water mix and bring to boil.
Cook for 2 minutes, lower heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let the simple syrup cool.
Cocktail

Add contents to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
Strain contents into a coupe glass.

Garnish with basil olive oil, a large basil leaf and cucumber slice on the rim of the glass.
