Chef G. Garvin’s: Bone-In Ribeye Steak

 16 oz Bone-In Ribeye Steak
 ½ cup Heavy Cream
 2 cups Red B Potatoes
 1 cup Unsalted Butter
 ½ oz Fresh Rosemary
 4 oz BBQ Sauce
 ½ cup Scallions
 ½ cup Sliced Onions
 ½ cup Smashed Garlic
 Oil
 Salt & Pepper to tast

Season the steak on both sides with salt and pepper, then add oil to the hot pan.

Add the steak and lock in the flavor, cook for eight to ten minutes on both sides then add two tablespoons of butter, rosemary garlic cloves, and continue spooning the butter over the meat.

In a small saute pan add tablespoon oil, tablespoon butter, clove of garlic then onions and saute for three to five minutes

In a small pot add the hot and cooked potatoes, then add the cream and season with salt and pepper and scallions rough mash and place to the side.

Plate and serve.
