Complications ensue after Bernie gives Jordan permission to walk home from school; and Wanda comforts Vanessa after some of her classmates see her topless.

After calling Vanessa a quitter, Bernie challenges her to finish a 10K race; and Bernie thinks Jordan is making body parts out of clay.
